Skyttle Friends is a Facebook analytics tool which helps brands, community managers and marketers analyse conversations on Facebook ‘Like’ pages more efficiently and intelligently.

Using Market Sentinel’s own Skyttle engine, Skyttle Friends uses text analytics to help users understand the most frequently occurring terms on Like page comments. It helps users to identify the topics that brand advocates are most passionate about, facilitating deeper interactions between brand and community, and you can see to what degree by examining the number of posts per user from number 1 to number 75.

Skyttle Friends allows users to see which ‘posters’ are the most active, at any one point in time, and the most Liked posts also. As posts and comments increase, benchmarking charts allow users to keep track of the trends which include:

  • Comments left over time
  • Wall posts over time
  • Time of the day of posts
  • Ratio of community vs. community manager posts

The first three metrics allow campaign and community managers to benchmark and make decisions addressing the best time to make page updates, whilst the final metric allows users to evaluate how interactive their page is.
