The financial sector is not only being affected by conversations online but also compliance legislation, which regulates how financial organisations should manage their communications within social networks. Facebook is more than just a social network; for some brands, it’s their entire web presence. This year’s London Fashion Week was the most interactive yet. Bloggers gained prominent seats at the event, the official website hosted video highlights, attendees tweeted using hash tags, and designers used their own Facebook pages to communicate with their fans.
